Calculation

The calculator uses a simple formula:

Annual salary = Hourly rate × Hours per week × Weeks per year

From the annual figure:

• Monthly = Annual ÷ 12
• Weekly = Annual ÷ 52
• Hourly = Annual ÷ (Hours × Weeks)

Example

€25/hour × 40 hours/week × 52 weeks = €52,000/year
